FAQ

Is SimplyBook.me free to use?: Yes, the plugin and registering an account at SimplyBook.me is entirely free, without the need to add credit card information. You can fully use the booking widget and use our mobile app for iOS or Android to manage your bookings, up to 50 bookings per month. Additionally, you can even use 1 of our ‘Special Features’ within the Free plan.
Can I try SimplyBook.me’s Special Features before subscribing?: Yes you can! You will automatically be granted a 14-day trial period that allows you to test all Special Features, configure all Service Providers and to gather unlimited bookings. After this trial period you will be reset to the Free plan, or you can decide to subscribe to our paid plans if you like to use multiple Special Features or need more than 50 bookings per month.
Do I need to register for an account?: Yes, we need to authenticate your site as your bookings will be processed through our API. This allows us to provide you with the best features such as the mobile app for iOS and Android. The plugin will assist you through the short onboarding process. Alternatively, you can register an account at https://simplybook.me
What if I already have a SimplyBook me account?: You can skip the onboarding and login with your existing login credentials.

Had some trouble getting it to work, but yet again Really Simple Plugins support was amazing. A bit harder to reach this time around, but a fix is a fix!

I have a Client whose website uses the SimplyBook system and plugin and when updating to the latest version (luckily on a staging site!!), the plugin crashed the site and had to be disabled. Jarno was great in getting back to me quickly regarding the issue and, provided a pretty straightforward solution, which I tested on the staging site before implementing it on the my Client’s live site. Brilliant support and a good plugin for purpose.

Completely unprofessional support that makes excuses and does not solve the plugin problem. The plugin logs out on its own, notification emails are not delivered. We are losing money and reputation because the demo is displayed after logging out.

The booking system is easy to integrate into the website and offers a wide range of options for customization. The integration into WordPress worked flawlessly for me.The system as such, which offers a very large scope and further integration, is also highly recommended. I spent a long time comparing which system I would work with, but none offers me such a wide range of services with such easy administration as this one

I use simplybook for two month now and I also installed the wordpress plugin for our website. During that time, it happend 3 times, that I got – for whatever reason – logged out of the plugin. I only noticed it, because some of our customers couldn’t book any more on our website. The last time, I had also problems to login again, because the confirmation code didn’t arrive via email. The simplybook support tends to claim that there is a problem on my side which isn’t the case. In the end, I don’t use this plugin any more, because I want to avoid bad surprises, when customers can’t book any more. For a premium account I would expect a more reliable solution and a better support from the provider.
