Beschrijving
ParsChat connects your website to the ParsChat AI chatbot. After you paste the bot token from your ParsChat account, a chat button appears on every page of your site and visitors can talk to your bot or your operators directly.
- Works with any theme. The chat window is isolated from your theme’s styles.
- Full support for Persian (right-to-left) and English.
- Clears the page cache of WP Rocket, WP Super Cache, LiteSpeed Cache, W3 Total Cache, SiteGround Optimizer, WP Fastest Cache and Autoptimize when you change the token, so visitors see the change right away.
The admin page is available in English and Persian.
External services
This plugin does not work on its own: it loads the ParsChat chat widget, which connects to the services below. Nothing is loaded until you register a bot token, and nothing is loaded in the WordPress admin.
ParsChat widget and chat service (ParsTech AI)
- What it is: the chat window itself, the libraries and Persian font it uses, and the service that answers your visitors.
- What is sent and when: on every front-end page view, the visitor’s browser downloads the widget from
https://minio.parstechai.com/pars-prod-pub/plugin/parschat_plugin_main.js, and the widget then downloads its helper libraries (text formatting, live connection and DOMPurify, which displays messages safely) and the Vazirmatn font fromhttps://minio.parstechai.com/pars-prod-pub/plugin/. Both are ParsTech AI’s own storage, and only the usual request data (IP address, browser user agent, referring page) is sent there. The widget then sends your bot token, the address of the page being viewed, the visitor’s browser and operating system details, their public IP address and any messages or files the visitor sends in the chat tohttps://api-chat.parstechai.com/. - Provider: ParsTech AI, https://parstechai.com/products/parschat/
jsDelivr CDN (backup only)
- What it is: a public CDN that holds the same DOMPurify library and Vazirmatn font.
- What is sent and when: the visitor’s browser contacts
https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/only if ParsChat’s own storage cannot be reached. Only the usual request data is sent. - Terms: https://www.jsdelivr.com/terms
- Privacy policy: https://www.jsdelivr.com/terms/privacy-policy-jsdelivr-net
ipify
- What it is: a service that returns the visitor’s public IP address, which the widget includes in the visitor information it shows to your operators.
- What is sent and when: one request to
https://api.ipify.org/when the widget starts. - Website and privacy statement: https://www.ipify.org/

FAQ
-
- Make sure the token is registered on the ParsChat page and is the token of an active bot.
- The button appears about three seconds after the page loads, so the widget never slows down your page.
- If you use a JavaScript optimisation plugin (for example WP Rocket’s “Delay JavaScript execution”, LiteSpeed’s “JS Delayed” or Cloudflare Rocket Loader), exclude
parschatandminio.parstechai.comfrom it. - If your site sends a Content-Security-Policy header, allow the hosts listed under External services.
-
Can developers change how the widget loads?
-
Yes. The
parschat_load_delayfilter changes the delay in milliseconds (default 3000), theparschat_widget_srcfilter or thePARSCHAT_CDN_URLconstant inwp-config.phpchanges the widget URL, and theparschat_token_updatedaction runs after the token is saved or removed.
