Is my store data safe?

Yes. All communication between your site and onWebChat is secured with HMAC-SHA256 authentication and a unique secret key, on top of SSL encryption. Product sync transmits only catalog data (name, description, URL, price, stock status, brand, attributes). Order details are never stored on our servers: they are fetched live, only when a customer asks, and only after the customer’s identity or order number has been verified.

I have tried dozens of “similar” chat apps however they ALL left me needing more. OnWebChat exceeded my expectations. The main requirement that I had was that I run 5 businesses – all that need their own live chat experience. My problem was that all other chat apps would each be independent. Juggling 5 live chats, plus emails, plus texting, plus social is way too much. With OnWebChat I can reuse the same chat code which means that I now have one centralized screen where I can provide assisstance to all my live chats. It literally could not be any easier. Features such as having multiple users, online/offline times, AI integration, triggers etc. make it even more valuable of a tool. I also REALLY like their business model. The app is incredibly affordable considering the amount of value you are going to get out of it. I have made plenty of sales via the live chat on my sites and I always promote this app as being the number 1 go to plugin for live support/chats. The team does a fantastic job and are always rolling out updates. This plugin will solve the majority of your issues you have with current live chat plugins. I have tried many plugins with ai chatbot. This one has something different. It has it all, it is very polite and accurate, woo integration not to metion so many other features such as tremendous backend, history, live follow of visitors behaviour, statistics and many others. Well done!

OnWebChat is the perfect solution for adding a live chat to your WordPress website. It’s easy to install, visually appealing, and has great functionality. It increases customer engagement and has made our support much more efficient. I recommend it!

I’ve tried many chat plugins most claim the plugin is free but this is usually not the case. Onwebchat is the exception here- they offer a free version with limits of 100 chats per month- totally fair in my opinion! There are some other extra features that require the pro subscription which is reasonably priced as well. The dashboard you log into on their website has a number of metrics you can track including what pages users are currently viewing, customized responses (pro feature) custom chat bubbles, and so much more. I’ve reached out to their support team on a number of occasions and they are quick to respond, helpful, and professional- keep in mind, I have not purchased a pro subscription yet and the service level is a breath of fresh air. Give it a shot I think you’ll agree! Shout out to the Onwebchat team for a great plugin that does exactly what is described, no bs! Oren
