Hoe Friendly Captcha werkt

Friendly Captcha is een tool om spam te voorkomen op jouw site. Andere CAPTCHA’s zijn een kwelling voor je eindgebruikers, Friendly Captcha respecteert je eindgebruikers.

Friendly Captcha is een beproeft anti-bot oplossing waarbij het eindgebruiker’s toestel al het werk doet. We genereren een unieke crypto puzzel voor elke bezoeker.

Het oplossen gebeurt in enkele seconden. Zodra de eindgebruiker het formulier invult, begint op de achtergrond de oplossing. Op het moment dat de eindgebruiker klaar is voor verzending, is de puzzel waarschijnlijk al opgelost.

Friendly Captcha voorkomt spam en straft echte gebruikers daarbij niet.

Installatie

  1. Upload friendly-captcha map naar de /wp-content/plugins/ folder
  2. Activeer de plugin via het ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. Voer je site sleutel en API sleutel in in het Friendly Captcha menu in WordPress
  4. Schakel gewenste integraties in

How to use the Friendly Captcha plugin?

The Friendly Captcha plugin supports WordPress core and many plugins with forms automatically.

To use Friendly Captcha, you can create an account at www.friendlycaptcha.com and create a Site Key and API Key there. It is best to copy both keys and save them in a safe place. Then go to the Friendly Captcha plugin settings page and enter the created site key and API key. Below that, select the forms you want to protect. Finally, save these settings by clicking on the “Save Changes” button at the end of the settings page.

You don’t support a certain plugin. How can I get support for it added?

Open a PR on GitHub here or just email the authors of the plugin itself. Adding Friendly Captcha support is typically quite a quick task for most plugins.

Use less plugin I activated it on my site clicktowrite .com and its not working it's always shoing error and user can register without confirming it.

On first sight this CAPTCHA solution is what many people are looking for: Easy to implement and fully GDPR-compliant. With the "Personal" plan there is a free plan available however I got an email from the friendly captcha team to upgrade my account. The smallest pricing option is 9 € a month. Sorry guys... for providing a simple piece of software 1.080 € over 10 years is ridiculous and I am out.

Best Captcha alternative

I am thrilled! I've been looking for a European alternative to ReCaptcha for a long time and Friendly Captcha is simple, accessible and GDPR compliant. After installing the plugin I created an account at Friendly Captcha, created a sitekey and API key there and inserted it into the plugin. Then I selected my used form plugin via checkbox and it worked on the first try. Thanks!

Kein Hinweis darauf, dass das PlugIn kostenpflichtig ist und eine Api benötigt. Egal, ob das PlugIn gut oder schlecht ist, so etwas geht gar nicht!
