You can download and install the plugin by any of the 2 mentioned methods:

FIRST METHOD * Download the plugin from official WordPress repository. * Extract and upload the contents of the archive to ‘yourserver.com/wp-content/plugins/delay-rss-feeds/’ * Login to your WordPress admin panel and browse to the Plugins section. * Activate the ‘Delay RSS Feeds’ WordPress Plugin. * Go to the Settings –> Delay RSS Feeds. * Enable the plugin. * Do customizations else leave the default values.
