Jubvo is an AI chatbot and live chat assistant for your website. It answers your visitors 24/7 in their own language (40+ languages) using your own pages and documents, handles customer support questions, and captures leads (name, email, WhatsApp) — automatically.
This plugin only embeds the Jubvo widget on your site. Bot creation, training, and all appearance and behavior settings are managed from the Jubvo panel at https://jubvo.com.

This plugin connects to Jubvo (https://jubvo.com), a third-party AI chat service, to provide its core and clearly described functionality.
What it does: When a site administrator enters a “Bot ID” and enables the plugin, it loads the Jubvo chat widget script (https://jubvo.com/widget.js) on the site’s front end.
What data is sent and when: Only when a visitor interacts with the chat bubble and sends a message. The visitor’s typed messages and any image or PDF files they upload are sent to Jubvo’s servers to generate a reply. The plugin does not send any personal data automatically before a visitor starts a chat. On the admin side, the plugin only embeds the widget script with the Bot ID; it does not collect or send any other data.

Installatie
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Go to Settings -> Jubvo AI Assistant.
- In your Jubvo panel (https://jubvo.com/botlarim.html -> Publish -> Sites / Embed Codes), copy your Bot ID.
- Paste it into the Bot ID field and click Save.
- Open your site — the chat bubble appears in the bottom corner.

No. This plugin connects to the Jubvo service. You first need to create a free account at https://jubvo.com and set up a bot.

All of them are managed from your Jubvo panel (the Design and Publish sections) and applied to the site automatically. The plugin has no separate appearance settings, so the panel and the plugin never conflict.
