Ultimate Back To Top Button insert on any WordPress page a “return to the top” link which
let the user scroll back to the page top using javascript and jQuery 1.7 when available.
The button depends on CSS 2.1 and 3 but degrade gracefully on IE8 and 7 browsers.
In IE6 the button won’t be displayed.

Installatie

Unzip into your plugins directory. If you’re uploading it make sure to upload the top-level folder.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Visit Ultimate Back To Top Button to finish its configuration

I want to change the button colors, position and link text ?: That’s simple, just visit Ultimate Back To Top Button option page in your WordPress administration area to make the necessary changes.
When no javascript is present I no longer see the link ?: The theme you are using is not using the wp_footer() function in its footer.php file
