tablepress information to gravityforms

Hello,

I wonder if the following is possible: I use tablepress and gravityforms to submit a large amount of registration possibillities for exams in different places and dates.
Now it would be great that when the person has registered and i get the notification mail, that the place and date are already filled in. As a hidden field or something like that.

Can someone help me with this?
