Roterende header (F8 Lite 4.2.1)

Hallo,
Ik wil graag een roterende header maken in het thema F8 Lite 4.2.1. Ik heb al verschillende tips gelezen, maar als leek ben ik nog niet veel verder gekomen. Ik hoop dat iemand mij kan helpen!
Is het ook mogelijk om de header iets minder groot te maken (qua hoogte)? Ik heb hieronder de .php van de header geplakt.
