Page links to not does not work in theme

I am using theme complete: The plugin “page links to” is not visible when i make a page in the extra theme menulist items as: portfolio, highlights, service and pricing.

I can make a new page in the dashboard with the menu item: “page” but also with the menu item portfolio, highlights, service and pricing. But the plugin is not visible when i make a new page in those pages.

Is there an possibility to make this work?
