Multi level menu in Twenty Ten?

I am examining the menu builder in the Twenty Ten theme. In the Menus editor (section Appearance) you can drag the menu-items to create nested levels. However, in the site I see only the top level and the first sublevel, but no further nested levels. Is this not possible in Twenty Ten or do I have to change something else?
