Looking for a plugin for sign and display of participants

I’m looking for a plugin that let you sign up as a participant and where you can fill out a profile. This section contains a number of pictures, a profile picture and 2 or 3 additional photos. I want to show all participants with their profile picture on the website. By clicking on the participants you get more information about this participant.
Can anyone recommend a plugin that fits my needs?
