I have wordpres theme ,where I have exactly to paste metatag code of bing ?

hello,
I have to paste this metatag code (<meta name=”msvalidate.01″ content=”D06D00AAB3BD20A582F72E86DF66A0C8″ />) of bing in my home page in the header section of html to insert my site in the index of bing.
but my theme is wordpres theme so do I have to paste this code in header.php file? if yes where exactly I have to paste it?
