How to cloak affiliate links which changes randomly

Hi,

I am a wordpress beginner and searching for a solution for the following issue:

As an affiliate I have got a script and I copy/paste it in the adsense widget in the right sidebar. It works fine.

Every time you open/change a page the script is showing up with another product picture and the link of course also changes.

How can I cloak / redirect this affiliate links?
