foutmelding na migratie van subdomein naar hoofddomein

Na een migratiepoging van http://www.domein.nl/WP naar http://www.domein.nl is er een fout opgetreden in een php. het gaat om onderstaande fout.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘exit’ (T_EXIT) in /WP/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-catalog/include/php/settings.php on line 1
Als ik deze php pagina open staat in pagina 1 een <?php

ik ben volgends de volgende werkwijze te werk gegaan in een artikel dat ik bij wordpress heb gevonden:
Log in to your site.
Go to the Administration > Settings > General screen.
In the box for WordPress Address (URL): change the address to the new location of your main WordPress core files.
In the box for Site Address (URL): change the address to the new location, which should match the WordPress (your public site) address.
Click Save Changes.
(Do not try to open/view your site now!)
Move your WordPress core files to the new location. This includes the files found within the original directory, such as http://example.com/wordpress, and all the sub-directories, to the new location.
Now, try to open your site by going to yourdomain.com/wp-admin. Note, you may need to go to yourdomain.com/wp-login.php

Nadat ik de laatste stap probeerde (in te loggen) kreeg ik de genoemde melding
