Event plugin with automated schedule HELP!

Hello everybody:)

I am looking for a plugin where I can add a 1 day event, for example:

‘X’ event on 1-1-2017

– Morning workshop (09:00am-12:00am)
– Lunch (12:00pm-01:30pm)
– Afternoon Sessions‎(02:00pm)-05:30pm)
– Dinner (06:00pm-07:30pm)

So what I want is that every person can register on my website and select which workshop they want to attend. Its important for me that the plugin wil make a personal schedule of each registrant.

Does anybody know if there is a app that supports the above?
