error when inserting photo on page

    When I insert a photo into a page I get this warning:

    Dismiss“test.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
    The uploaded file could not be moved to C:\Inetpub\vhosts\enjoytoday.be\httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/2010/06

    How can I resolve this problem?
    I tried to upgrade to a new version, but even then I could no longer log in

    By using the browser uploader I get this massage:
