A customer contacted us because her site was very slow. After some research, I found out that she had 9,000 photos, but then suddenly found out that a whole bunch of photos had been duplicated. Our client did not do this herself. I removed all duplicate photos on Friday using a plugin, but this morning a whole bunch were duplicated again.
I have seen the error log below, but unfortunately don’t know enough about what it means. Is there anyone who can give me some more explanation on this?
