Contactpagina Hamasaki thema

Hallo, hier is de code van contact-page.php. Als e-mailadres heb ik mijn gewoon google account opgegeven, dat is hetzelfde als waar de e-mails die van mijn domein verzonden zijn naar doorgestuurd worden.
De e-mails die verzonden worden van de contactpagina op http://blog.brusselieren.be/?page_id=60 komen niet aan.
