Add a download for logged in member

Hello,

Im building a simple website about fashion. This website is for normal visitors and press. The posts on this website can be viewed by these visitors and by the press members. When the person reading the post is logged in it has to be possible to offer them a download link to the high res images of that post. When a vissitor is not logged in it has to say something like “login to download the press material”.

I’m wondering if someone can help my to find a solution for this “problem”.
