I've never had a problem with this plug-in and have used it on several sites. There was an issue today, when installing to a site running Thesis, which turned out to be the cause and not the plug-in.
I had some live-chat support with the developer, Subaj, who has been really helpful.
End result, this is a great plug-in and well supported

Long time i looked for a feedback plugin to be easy to use, and forward the notifications via email.
This plugin fits almost all my needs.

i had searched for such plugin a dozens times but couldn't find according to my requirements but this one just fit exactly! love it ! i just made my wp account just to give this plugin rating and comment on it.
