The visitor's typed messages and any image or PDF files they upload are sent to Jubvo's servers to generate a reply. The plugin does not send any personal data automatically before a visitor starts a chat. You first need to create a free account at https:\/\/jubvo.com and set up a bot.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"where%20do%20i%20change%20settings%20such%20as%20color%2C%20name%20or%20whatsapp%3F\"><h3>Where do I change settings such as color, name or WhatsApp?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>All of them are managed from your Jubvo panel (the Design and Publish sections) and applied to the site automatically. The plugin has no separate appearance settings, so the panel and the plugin never conflict.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n<\/dl>\n\n<!--section=changelog-->\n<h4>1.3.0<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Change: The in-plugin appearance and behavior settings (color, name, welcome message, WhatsApp, position, theme, sound, corner radius, widget style) were removed. They conflicted with the panel and are now managed only from the Jubvo panel and applied automatically.
