WBW Currency Switcher for WooCommerce Plugin allows you to display prices in multiple currencies, use the unlimited number of currencies and set the exchange rate for each currency manually or automatically. The plugin makes full use of Cryptocompare and Free Converter platforms, providing the latest exchange rates, and converting displayed prices in real-time. Currency switcher can be changed automatically according to the customer’s IP.

You can use Currency Switcher with additional modules – Currency Rates, Converter and Tooltip modes. This will give your customers the opportunity to pay with their preferred currency, thus increasing shop sales. The best currency switcher to make an online store working with different currencies!

Unlimited number of currencies
You can convert any currency you want and add as many currencies as you need. Select the currency from a list and with simple settings add it to the Currency switcher straight away to your online store.
Manual/ automatic exchange rate for each currency
Currency switcher uses Cryptocompare and Free Converter aggregatots. The plugin allows setting exchange rates manually and automatically. Besides, the Pro version has a feature of an automatic exchange rate updates available for a certain period: every minute, hourly, twice a day, daily, weekly. You can set the option “Notify admin by email” about the last exchange rate values every time when it updates..
Checkout in selected currency
Plugin provides an opportunity to change the currency at checkout and allow customers to pay with their selected (preferred) currency.
This feature is perfect for WooCommerce shops in case of currencies which aren’t included in this list: “AUD, BRL, CAD, CZK, DKK, EUR, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, MYR, MXN, NOK, NZD, PHP, PLN, GBP, SGD, SEK, CHF, TWD, THB, USD”. It’s also useful if you want to convert a given currency into a different PayPal currency to avoid conversion fees by PayPal.
Display setting for each currency
Set the Base currency, Name, Title, Symbol, Position, Cents, Rate. Insert the rate manually or press the Get Rate button in one click.

Geo IP rules**
When Geo IP rules feature is on, Currencies Switcher will automatically identify your customers’ countries by their IP address and they will see products in their country’s currency. Mobile Friendly

Hoe begin ik?

Ga naar WooCommerce > Instellingen > Valuta.
In the Currency tab firstly you need to set your WooCommerce shop basic currency. Then choose currencies you want to add from drop-down lists and set the exchange rate for each currency.
In the Options tab select the rate using these interactive platforms and grab the latest exchange rates.
Ga naar de Ontwerpinstellingen van de Switcher-, Converter-, Tarieven- of Tooltip-modules en stel het type, de positie, kleurinstellingen enz. in.
In Display Rules set the page to display switcher: on All pages, on selected pages, product categories, custom post types.
Also, once you set the options, you can display WooCommerce Currency as a widget in “Appearance” > Widget.

WBW Currency Switcher for WooCommerce plugin created special tab Currency in the WooCommerce Settings menu. You can follow the link in plugin window to move there, or go there manually via WooCommerce plugin. Follow this tutorial Main Settings and you can easily set the Currency Switcher plugin.

Hoe kan ik een valuta-wisselaar aan mijn winkel toevoegen?

Valuta Wisselaar is flexibel en eenvoudig in te stellen. De plugin biedt 2 manieren om een module toe te voegen aan de site-inhoud: met behulp van widgets of door gebruik te maken van het tabblad Weergaveregels voor elke modus.
1. Ga naar het tabblad “Widgets” in het menu Weergave, en daar kunnen onze plugin-widgets eenvoudig beheerd worden.
2. Het tabblad Weergaveregels maakt het mogelijk om de wisselaar op alle pagina’s, op geselecteerde pagina’s of berichten weer te geven, of de weergave op geselecteerde pagina’s/berichten uit te sluiten.

Welke soorten ontwerpen zijn beschikbaar voor een switcher?

De plugin biedt een reeks instellingen voor de switcher-ontwerp. Je kunt de positie op de pagina selecteren (links of rechts), de positie van de switcher in overeenstemming met de header en footer van de pagina, en het type switcher:

Eenvoudig type toont de Switcher als een balk (horizontaal en verticaal), om de valuta te kiezen door erop te klikken.
Roterend type heeft de animatie en creatieve vormgeving en design.
Zwevend type bespaart ruimte op je winkelpagina en zweeft bij muis-over.

Hoe aangepaste vlaggen en valuta toe te voegen?

Als je een aangepaste valuta of een door jou ontworpen pictogram wilt toevoegen, kun je dat eenvoudig doen.
*Om je eigen afbeelding toe te voegen, ga naar het tabblad Aangepaste Vlag, druk op “een aangepaste vlag toevoegen” en druk op “Opslaan” en upload een pictogram. Je kunt alle toegevoegde aangepaste pictogrammen bekijken en de eerder geüploade pictogrammen toevoegen of verwijderen.
*Met de functie Aangepaste Valuta’s kun je op dezelfde manier je eigen valuta toevoegen. Ga naar het tabblad Aangepaste Valuta en voer de vereiste code en het symbool in. Sla de wijzigingen op en de valuta zal beschikbaar zijn voor selectie in het tabblad Valuta’s.

Nice & easy. We use free version and I must set up currencies manualy, but this is even better for me at the current stage of our business 🙂

I used two currency USD and INR. Customer added product in USD and switch to INR in Cart page so suddenly 20 USD become 20 INR instead of 1660 INR. It just changes currency symbol not currency amount properly. It does works some time but can’t take risk.

Was asking for functionality in pro version. Was told by supporter Natalie, that i could buy for a price per hour to get what I needed. Then I asked for an estimate of time consumption and got a nasty answer back, and the answer didn’t make sense in any way.A shame, because maby the plugin does the job. I am just not taking the chance of time waste and money spend.

My clients cannot open their account orders after the installation of the plugin, we need to change number of decimals for some currencies. Would give it 5 Stars if issue was resolved.
