WooCommerce Additional Checkout Fees does just that! Adds an additional fee at checkout, preferably with the option for the client to choose.
*Tip – Leave just one option at plugin settings to charge as a fixed fee.

Installatie
1.Upload the plugin folder woo-additional-checkout-fees and all it’s contents to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2.Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
3.A new submenu Checkout Fees will appear under WooCommerce Section.
From there can be activated/deactivated and add/change Fee Options
