SuiviExpress allows you to automate your shipping process and keep your customers informed via WhatsApp. This plugin connects your WooCommerce store directly to the SuiviExpress platform.

How It Works
- Install and activate the plugin
- Enter your SuiviExpress User ID in Settings SuiviExpress
- Orders will automatically sync when they’re processed
- Your customers receive WhatsApp updates about their delivery
Requirements
- WooCommerce 3.0 or higher
- A SuiviExpress account (Sign up here)
Privacy
This plugin sends order and customer data from your WooCommerce store to SuiviExpress (https://suiviexpress.ma) when an order is synced. Data includes:
- Order details (ID, status, total, items)
- Customer billing information (name, email, phone, address)
- Shipping information (name, address)
This data transfer is required to create shipment tracking and enable WhatsApp notifications. Please review the SuiviExpress Privacy Policy for more information.
Installatie
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/suiviexpress-for-woocommercedirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Ensure WooCommerce is installed and active.
- Go to Settings SuiviExpress to configure the plugin.
- Enter your User ID from your SuiviExpress dashboard (Settings Integration WooCommerce section).
- Click “Test Connection” to verify everything works.

Where do I find my User ID?

Log in to your SuiviExpress dashboard, go to Settings, open the Integration tab, then copy the User ID from the WooCommerce section.

When are orders synced automatically?

Orders are automatically synced when their status changes to “Processing” or “Completed”.

Can I sync orders manually?

Yes! Open any order in WooCommerce, click the “Order actions” dropdown, and select “Sync with SuiviExpress”.
