Once installed it gives header error messages, as well as error messages for the categories.

After installing the Remove Howdy plugin, I could no longer log in to my site. I received the message:
ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums
I had to go into my hosting account's control panel and delete the folder for the plugin in order to get the login to work again.
