Questionnaire Builder is an easy to use and lightweight plugin that allows administrators to create, manage, and collect responses from questionnaires in WordPress. Users can complete questionnaires, and admins can manage submissions .
Installatie
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/questionnaire-builder/directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugin screen. - Activate the plugin from the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- Use the Questionnaire menu to set up and manage questions.
- Add the questionnaire to any page using the
[questionnairebuilder_form]shortcode.
