How does Printful work?

When a customer buys something from your WooCommerce store, the order is automatically imported to Printful, where we fulfill and ship it to them under your brand. You can then see your order, revenue and profit statistics on your WooCommerce dashboard.

Very helpful team

The support team cares, and this makes a world of a difference. Other than that, the sync works and i'm a happy user.

Very poor support

It's going on three weeks since I first contacted support about a plug-in issue. I've been batted around to three different support reps and a faceless, nameless dev avatar. Response time has been abysmal. Most significantly, despite the exposition provided with each of my multiple requests for help, the responses leave the impression that this company does not have a dev team. Or at least not a team this is required to formulate a response beyond copy/paste boilerplate. I haven't gotten a single reply that suggests someone has actually read what I've written. Might as well be bots. Suggest that the company invest in a higher level of user support. Worth looking at another dropshipping vendor.

Basically works but with various caveats

This is a good plugin and it does work to do many things connecting WooCommerce stores to the Printful system. The biggest problem is that if you have more than one Printful store on your account and you connect to the wrong one first time then you can't change stores. Even if you delete and re-install the plugin then it leaves data in the MySQL database on deletion which is still there. I had to make direct changes in the database to reinstall the plugin clean. Also it doesn't seem to copy the name of a variation from Printful to WooCommerce. So your drop down for 'Size' on a T-shirt for example will just copy across as 'Title'. This doesn't seem like too big a deal but then of course if you change the variation title in WooCommerce then you have to manually resynchronise the names of all your variations on both platforms by cross referencing the SKU of each product. Still! It's better than manually recreating each product. thanks

The only DTG plug-in that really works with WooCommerce!

This one works! I have tried EVERY WooCommerce plug-in for DTG shirt sales. This is the ONLY ONE that actually works. None of the others are worth downloading. This is not perfect, but quite good. If you can't get the product sync to work, turn off your spam/hacking-prevention plugins. That was what I needed for success. Then white-list the IPs that you need when you enable the plugins again. Some plugins just won't get out of the way. Hopefully at some point PrintFul will add code to let changes made on their site to flow back to WooCommerce after the initial sync. You are forced to DELETE and start over if you want to change anything. On net, this is a great plugin if you want to sell shirts. You can see my shop at

Works Great

Nice upgrade too. It does work if you have your own product. It will create or charge your shipping and for Printful's both get forked.
