The customer service (Sean) was brilliant and found all the issues, they were causing the trouble, for me. It was due an old OSE version I had installed on my server. He fixed it all for me and the response time of customer service was despite of time zone difference very good. I like the software itself and my pages feel "safe" again. This centrora security plugin is a must-have and provides so much more functionality and ease for securing my website. The UI is fabulous and user friendly, it takes seconds to get familiar with it even if you are new to security. It does exactly what it says it does with no problems what so ever, and I never worried about my site since then. I'm not sure what the problems are, but it is hard to forget the painful lesson and the annoying progress of recovering the sites. Soon after I looked for security solutions and found Centrora. I have since used it on every site I have and I will continue to do so for as long as I have sites to protect. The cost is slightly high, but it covers all the features and even more. And it keeps delivering new features and advanced techs.
