This plugin might no longer be updated or maintained, but I installed it anyways and it works like a charm in WordPress 5.1.1. So if you are wondering about compatibility, it's still working.

For two hours I'm trying to track internal clicks on my wp-menu links with google analytics. I tried to add onclick but it's not that easy for custom wp menus. This is the best plugin for tracking internal links no matter if it's just a menu links or download links or contact form submissions or even how far your users scrolled your page. I can only recommend this to everyone because it helps to understand your users and gets you insights how to optimize your site. I hope you will continue developing it and I'm sure a lot of people should use it but are not aware of how it can help them This plugin is awesome, thank you so much!!

I'm so grateful that Gravitate Design took the time to create this plugin. I haven't found any other like it. It is one of my essential plugins that I use again and again. It has made it so much easier to get meaningful insights through Google Analytics through event tracking. I have found it pretty easy to use and quite flexible too.

First off, I really like your plugin. It's easy to use and very extensible. But I noticed that the script is not enqueue properly. This was an issue when I minified my javascript files. So I made some changes listed below. If it's not too much trouble, can you include this in the next release of this plugin? Removed the script on line: 730. Added the following rule on line 36: wp_enqueue_script('gravitate_event_tracking', plugins_url( 'gravitate_event_tracking.js', __FILE__ ), array(), GETGA_VERSION, true); Thanks in advance.
