Create a standard document with the content that you want to insert in your Post or Page using your favourite Word Processor or Spreadsheet (MS Word, Libre Office or Open Office). 2. BELANGRIJK: sla je document op**.odt** (of **.ods** formaat voor spreadsheets) format. Kies in MS Word OpenDocument (_.odt) in je **Opslaan als**dialoog (in Libre of Open Office is het standaard formaat). Als je met Excel werkt, kun je het equivalent opslaan in Open Document Format (_.ods in dit geval). 3. Create or edit a Post or Page in your WordPress interface. 4. Click the **Insert Document** button located over the text editor. 5. A standard WordPress media window will open. You may upload a new document with the required contents or use a previously uploaded document. 6. After choosing a file click on the **Insert** button. 7. A [docxpresso] shortcode will be included within your text editor. 8. You may then add or not any additional content to your post but do not try to modify by hand the contents of the Docxpresso shortcode unless you really know what you are doing. 9. Plaats het in je office document als een link 4. Standaard zijn de video’s vloeiend en nemen de formulieren en documenten alle beschikbare ruimte in. Maar je kunt aangepaste breedte en hoogte ingestellen door het toevoegen van, bijvoorbeeld, ‘?width=600& Height=400’ aan de link URL Je kan een voorbeeld in de volgende video zien: #### Gutenberg – WP5 blok-editor Sinds v2.3 is deze plugin compatibel met de nieuwe “WP blok-editor “, ook bekend als Gutenberg: 1. Unfortunately all you see in the editor is the shortcode. I would, however, find it more useful if there was an option, or a version, that actually pasted the converted file in to the WP post or page. One of the things lacking in WP is the possibility to easily enter formated text. This goes part of the way there but if I then want to insert images into the text I can’t do it because it just inserts the shortcode for the document.
