Gebruik de gratis officiële DHL eCommerce for WooCommerce plugin om de voorkant en achterkant van je online winkel professioneel te maken. Beheer je zendingen eenvoudig. Bied bezoekers een unieke ervaring door diensten op maat aan te bieden voor je bedrijf. Of je nu individuele bestellingen verwerkt of honderd tegelijk: je hebt altijd de juiste labels klaar zodra je ze nodig hebt.

Let op: deze plugin kan alleen gebruikt worden door webwinkels die bestellingen versturen vanuit de Benelux.

Voordelen & functies

  1. Razendsnel verzendlabels maken voor je bestellingen binnen de Benelux en vanuit de Benelux naar Europa.

Wat houden de extra services voor particuliere ontvangers in?

Uit welke extra diensten kan worden gekozen, hangt af van de gekozen bezorgmethode. Als je bijvoorbeeld besluit om een brievenbuspakket te versturen, is het niet mogelijk om de optie Handtekening te kiezen. Deze optie is echter wel beschikbaar wanneer je besluit het pakket als reguliere thuisbezorging te versturen.

Overzicht extra diensten voor de consument:

  • Referentie: je kan een referentie toevoegen aan de zending die als tekst geprint wordt op het label.
  • Retourlabel: een retourlabel wordt direct aangemaakt bij het aanmaken van het label.
  • DHL Vandaag: als dit product in je DHL-contract staat, kunnen we jouw pakket nog dezelfde dag tussen 18.00 en 21.00 uur leveren.
  • Extra Zeker: bij schade of verlies van het pakket kun je de waarde claimen tot maximaal € 500.
  • Handtekening: de ontvanger tekent voor ontvangst. De handtekening is zichtbaar via track en trace.
  • Avondbezorging: het pakket bezorgen we in Nederland in de avond tussen 17:30 en 21:30 uur.
  • Niet bij de buren: het pakket bezorgen we in Nederland bij de ontvanger en niet bij de buren in de straat.
  • Leeftijdscontrole 18+: de bezorger controleert bij bezorging aan huis in Nederland de leeftijd van de ontvanger.

Wat houden de extra services voor zakelijke ontvangers in?

Uit welke aanvullende diensten kan worden gekozen, hangt af van de gekozen aflevermethode.

Overzicht aanvullende zakelijke diensten:

  • Referentie: je kan een referentie toevoegen aan de zending die als tekst geprint wordt op het label.
  • Retourlabel: een retourlabel wordt direct aangemaakt bij het aanmaken van het label.
  • Aanvullende transportverzekering: extra verzekering voor je waardevolle zending. Wanneer de goederenwaarde meer dan € 50.000 bedraagt, dan eerst toestemming vragen via Customer Service.
  • Zaterdagbezorging: bezorging op in Nederland zaterdag tussen 09.00 en 15:00 uur.
  • Expresser: bezorging in Nederland de volgende werkdag voor 11:00 uur.
  • Verberg verzender: je kunt een alternatieve naam en adres invoeren voor op het label.
  • Bouwplaats bezorging: bezorging op een locatie in aanbouw.
  • Af fabriek: de ontvanger betaalt DHL de vrachtkosten.

Migreren van DHL for WooCommerce

Als je eerder de DHL for WooCommerce plugin gebruikte, zal deze plugin dezelfde instellingen blijven gebruiken. Er is geen extra configuratie vereist, maar we raden wel aan om de oorspronkelijke DHL for WooCommerce plugin uit te schakelen nadat je hebt geverifieerd dat alles werkt met DHL eCommerce for WooCommerce.
