BSS Customer Feedback Hub for WooCommerce replaces the basic WooCommerce review box with a rich, modern “Customer Feedback” section — star reviews, community questions & answers, photo & video uploads, helpful voting, verified-owner badges and full moderation — all in one lightweight, dependency-free plugin.

It looks great on any theme out of the box. The palette automatically follows your active theme (light or dark), and you can set a single accent colour to match your brand — no page builder, no jQuery and no third-party libraries required.

Privacy

Contributions are stored as native WordPress comments. When a visitor submits a review, question, answer, photo, video or comment, the plugin stores the name and email address they enter (or their account details when logged in) and the submitter’s IP address — the same data WordPress records for any comment — to attribute the contribution, verify ownership and de-duplicate helpful votes. The plugin does not send any data to external services and does not track visitors.
