With WP debugging enabled, I get these two messages:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/acf-form-builder-frontend-post-submission/admin/class-acf-form-builder-admin.php on line 504
PS: Debugging is enabled by putting this line in wp_config.php
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
Also, I see no new field types to select.
I'm using ACF Pro, version 5.6.1
